1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 7p774 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7p774 website located at https://7p774.com and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, account management features, promotional programmes, and customer support services.

By completing the 7p774 registration process, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 7p774 platform, you unequivocally confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 7p774 platform and close your account.

7p774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 7p774 will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 7p774 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.1 Interpretation

• "Account" means the registered personal account you hold with 7p774, accessible via the 7p774 Login page.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your 7p774 account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" and "৳" both refer to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on 7p774.
• "Services" means all products and features available through the 7p774 platform, including casino games, live tables, sportsbook, and account management.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Single Account: You may hold only one active 7p774 account at any time. Registering duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity details, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Voluntary Participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a cooling-off period, or any other restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling at the time of registration or deposit.

2.2 Age Verification

7p774 enforces mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts before any withdrawal is processed. During KYC, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. 7p774 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and freeze account balances pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 7p774 services, you must register a personal account via the 7p774 Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. 7p774 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 Registration Obligations

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document. Aliases, nicknames, or fictitious names are not permitted.
• You must provide a valid, active email address that you own and control. 7p774 uses email as a primary communication channel for account security, transaction notifications, and KYC correspondence.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for two-step verification and, where applicable, for mobile wallet payment verification.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your 7p774 Login. Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances, including 7p774 support staff, who will never ask for your password.

3.2 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for all activity conducted through your 7p774 account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect that your 7p774 Login credentials have been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact our support team via live chat. 7p774 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) via your account security settings. 7p774 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 7p774 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7p774 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions. The payment methods available to Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from supported institutions including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 7p774 balance instantly upon payment confirmation by the mobile financial service provider.
• Bank transfer deposits from supported Bangladesh banks typically clear within 1–3 business days depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
• 7p774 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment service provider are solely the responsibility of the account holder.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account holder is a different person from the 7p774 account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC identity verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed in a pending queue until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times during weekends and public holidays may be extended.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Funds arrive in your bank account within an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank's clearing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as your 7p774 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be rejected.
• 7p774 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 within any 30-day period. Processing times for such requests may be extended accordingly.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

7p774 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket betting cashback, seasonal promotions (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season offers), and slot free-spin packages. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry dates are specified for each promotion and are displayed clearly before you opt in. By opting in, you confirm that you have read and accepted those specific terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• 7p774 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting.
• Free spins and their winnings are credited in BDT at a fixed denomination per spin as specified in the promotion's terms.
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the full wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Only the real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal in that circumstance.

5.2 Promotional Changes

7p774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already activated a promotion and are in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time of a change will not be retroactively affected by that change; the terms applicable at the time of activation will apply to that player's existing bonus.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7p774 platform, you agree to act in good faith at all times and to comply fully with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7p774 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and, where appropriate, permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one 7p774 account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly forbidden.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market is prohibited. This includes sharing information in real time during live games.
• Automated Betting Tools: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software that automates the placement of bets or casino game actions is strictly forbidden.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic or deliberate attempt to exploit promotional offers, including hedging bets across accounts, using free bets to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7p774 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is prohibited and will be reported to financial intelligence authorities.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, calculation errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

6.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the 7p774 platform only for personal entertainment purposes, for your own account, using your own funds. You must not use the 7p774 platform on behalf of a third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 7p774 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Game Rules & Betting Rules

All casino games available on the 7p774 platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, pay table, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage as defined by the originating game provider. 7p774 has no control over the game mechanics, RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes, or pay table calculations of any third-party game. All certified games on the 7p774 platform use independently audited RNG systems to ensure fair outcomes.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute about an official result, 7p774's decision, based on official governing body records, is final.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned to your balance, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 72 hours of the original start time, in which case bets will stand and be settled on the rescheduled result.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and may vary by sport, market type, and event significance.

7.2 Malfunctions and Disconnections

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or server error that interrupts a game in progress, 7p774 will use all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption, using server-side game records. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round or bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 7p774 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

7p774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 7p774 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of this Agreement, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false information, or if closing the account is necessary to comply with applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 7p774 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and pending wagering requirement completion on any active bonuses. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to 7p774 for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period of a minimum of 6 months via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings, or by contacting support. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

• If your account is closed due to breach of this Agreement, all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited with no right of appeal.
• Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, 7p774 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and, where required by law, to report the matter to the relevant financial and law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.
• Real-money deposits that are confirmed as legitimately funded (i.e., not proceeds of fraud or bonus abuse) will be returned to the originating payment account minus any administrative costs incurred in the investigation.
